Shift Manager
Manage daily outlet operations during the assigned shift.
Supervise team members and allocate daily duties.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and uniform compliance.
Manage billing, cash handling, and shift closing reports.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed.
Coordinate with the Outlet Manager for smooth operations.
Train and guide team members to improve performance.
Maintain records of sales, stock, and operational activities
