We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented, and relationship-driven Sales / Business Development Manager – Corporate to expand corporate business opportunities for Kannu Ki Chai. The role will be responsible for generating new corporate partnerships, developing B2B business channels, securing bulk and recurring business opportunities, and driving revenue growth aligned with company objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong networking, negotiation, and business development skills with the ability to create long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities in corporate and institutional segments.
Job Requirement
Corporate Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate visits, networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate and institutional clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and business proposals with potential clients.
- Drive corporate tie-ups, office partnerships, and strategic business alliances.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Generate business through bulk orders, catering requirements, events, subscriptions, and employee engagement activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and recurring revenue models.
- Support business growth initiatives and market expansion plans.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely service support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and business review meetings.
- Address client requirements and coordinate internally for smooth execution.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain lead trackers, sales pipelines, and business MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Operations and Marketing teams for campaign and business execution.
- Monitor conversion ratios and business performance metrics.
- Submit regular reports and business updates to management.

Job Qualification
Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Management preferred
