Job Summary

The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, team management, sales growth, inventory control, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, train, and supervise outlet staff.
• Achieve sales targets and control operational costs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and wastage control.
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements

• Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in QSR, café, or restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, cash handling, and customer service.

Reporting To: Area Manager / Operations Manager
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
