Field HR Executive

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and result-oriented Field HR Executive / Field HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end field recruitment and support HR operations across multiple outlets. The role is responsible for ensuring timely manpower availability, bulk hiring execution, employee onboarding, outlet coordination, and workforce readiness aligned with QSR operational requirements and company HR standards.

The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining staffing continuity, reducing vacancy gaps, supporting employee relations, and ensuring seamless HR support across outlets. This role requires extensive field movement, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Job Requirement

Recruitment & Field Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet-level and frontline positions.
• Conduct bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and local recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and local hiring networks.
• Build and maintain a continuous candidate pipeline for high attrition roles.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with Operations and Outlet Managers.

Onboarding & Deployment

• Manage offer issuance and joining formalities.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and timely deployment of employees.
• Coordinate induction and training schedules for new joiners.
• Ensure manpower readiness for existing and new outlet requirements.

Outlet Coordination & Workforce Planning

• Coordinate with Outlet Managers and Area Managers for manpower planning.
• Track shift-wise manpower requirements and vacancy status.
• Ensure replacement hiring within defined timelines.
• Support new outlet opening manpower planning and deployment.

HR Operations & Employee Support

• Collect attendance, absenteeism, and manpower-related data.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
• Support employee grievance handling and HR issue resolution.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies at outlet level.

MIS, Compliance & Payroll Support

• Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS, and manpower reports.
• Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance and employee data submissions.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labor laws, and company HR SOPs.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and employee records.

Job Qualification

Education: Graduate / MBA-HR / PGDM-HR preferred

Skills:

• Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance
• Good MIS and Excel skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
• Strong problem-solving and employee handling skills

Travel Requirement: High field travel across assigned outlets and operational locations.
