Expansion Executive
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Expansion Executive to support the company’s outlet expansion plans. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential locations, conducting market research, coordinating with property owners and brokers, and supporting the end-to-end process of opening new café outlets.
Job Requirement
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented candidate with 1–3 years of experience in Expansion, Business Development, Real Estate, Retail, QSR, Café, or F&B. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, market research, and coordination skills, along with experience in property search, site visits, and location scouting. Good knowledge of local markets and commercial properties is preferred. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with property owners, brokers, landlords, and franchise partners, and should have good follow-up and reporting skills. Willingness to travel and a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence are preferred. Experience in café/QSR expansion will be an added advantage.
Job Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline such as BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent. Candidates with a background in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Retail, or Hospitality/F&B will be preferred.
