Business Development Manager (BDM)
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our brand’s footprint and revenue streams across the North Region. This role is focused on strategic growth—identifying new business channels, securing corporate partnerships, and driving high-volume sales for our outlets in Delhi NCR, Haryana, and Punjab.
Job Requirement
Corporate & Institutional Partnerships
- B2B Tie-ups: Identify and pitch to corporate offices, tech parks, and co-working spaces for bulk meal tie-ups, subscription models, and cafeteria partnerships.
- Institutional Sales: Develop relationships with schools, universities, and hospitals to secure long-term catering or event-based contracts.
- Event Management: Scout for and secure participation in local food festivals, corporate events, and high-footfall community gatherings.
- Strategic Growth & Lead Generation
- Pipeline Management: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, market networking, and field visits to build a consistent funnel of business opportunities.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities to suggest localized sales strategies and menu tweaks.
- Revenue Optimization: Focus on high-margin opportunities, such as bulk party orders and festive gifting hampers.
- Regional Brand Visibility
- Hyper-Local Marketing: Collaborate with store teams to execute localized brand-building activities that drive both online and offline traffic.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture existing client accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term brand loyalty.
Job Qualification
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales, preferably in the QSR, FMCG, or Hospitality sector.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; ability to close deals and handle client objections effectively.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the corporate and institutional landscape in Delhi, Noida, and the Punjab region.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential; proficiency in Punjabi is a strong advantage.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for frequent field visits and client meetings.
